Tamara Avery is the Director of Asset Management for NRE and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager. With over 22 years of retail real estate experience, she brings depth of knowledge in all aspects of retail real estate. Prior to joining NRE, Ms. Avery worked in St. Louis, Missouri and Dallas, Texas managing and overseeing the management of large retail portfolios. In her years of experience she has also been very involved in the disposition, acquisition and redevelopment of shopping centers in these diverse markets. At NRE, Ms. Avery is responsible for overseeing the management and marketing of properties in St. Louis as well as outside Missouri. Ms. Avery holds a BA degree in business from Columbia College.
