Mike Nugent is the Director of Asset Management for NRE. He joined the company in 2003, bringing over 28 years experience in commercial real estate to the newly created position. In his career, Mr. Nugent has been responsible for the development, marketing, management and disposition of diverse retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties. At NRE, Mr. Nugent is responsible for overseeing the management and marketing of all St. Louis area commercial properties. He is a licensed Missouri real estate broker and has a BS degree from Maryville University.
