History

National Real Estate Management Corp. (NRE) was started in the early 1960's by Thomas R. Green.  The company was founded to develop and manage various family-controlled real estate holdings.  Since that time, the company has grown through development and acquisitions.

NRE's assets currently include:

• Over 3,500,000 square feet of retail shopping centers
• Over 1,000 manufactured housing rental lots
• Over 600 apartment units
• Over 300,000 square feet of office and industrial properties

Mr. Green is still involved in the business along with other business holdings, which include a law practice, an insurance company, and a community bank. Today, NRE focuses on investing in new properties and continues to manage its portfolio with a long term perspective.
