Application Process

1. We recommend that you inspect the apartment before applying.
2. Please note the qualifications that we require and restrictions that we enforce at our
    communities.
3. Provide legal form of identification at time of application for verification purposes.
4. Include $35 non-refundable fee to process your application.
5. Include a separate reservation deposit check for $100, made out to National Real
    Estate Management, with your application. A non-refundable deposit in the amount
   of $50.00 for each cat or service animal, the maximum per apartment is two.
6. Download and print required forms by clicking on links below. Complete the
    forms and mail all signed forms along with your checks and identification to our
    office.
